Summer time means fruit harvesting season! This week we’ve been busy picking and freezing plums and aronia berries to be ready for the cider we’ll make this fall

🚨New cider alert! 🚨

We have two new ciders on tap starting this weekend! First up is Red Currant, a beautiful blush colored cider that is crisp, tart, and perfect for summer.

Next is a single varietal cider made from Wickson crab apples, that packs a punch with its perfectly balanced sweet and sour flavor and is deceptively easy to drink!

Our QPA cider, or Quincy Pear Apple, as we like to call it, got its nickname from our cider pup, Quincy!
Made from 10% quince, 10% pear, and 80% apple, it adds up to 100% a very good boi!

People often ask about these trees in the front of our orchard. Though they may look like plums right now, they are in fact apples! The variety is called Red Vein, and it’s one of the 3 red fleshed apple varieties we have in our orchard that goes into our rosé cider

While we’re sad to say goodbye to our rosé cider for the year, the good news is we’re able to welcome aronia berry to the line up!
With dark berry flavors and aronia’s characteristic earthiness, this one is a crowd (and cider maker!) favorite. Like most of our ciders, we’ll have a limited run on this one! Stop by the tasting room Friday- Sunday to give this or one of our other small batch ciders a try
