On Monday we shared a post outlining some of the major milestones for Less Than + Ceremony over the past 6 years. Today we have one more milestone to add to the list.
Today we received and passed our pre-opening inspection to be licensed as a bar and restaurant.
With this approval, our next steps are mostly paperwork and licensing, after which we will officially be able to roll out food from the kitchen and drinks prepared behind the bar.
Our goal is to begin soft launching dinner service Thursday through Saturday with chef-driven, veggie-forward seasonal small plates alongside our craft non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, and wine available by the glass or bottle.
We also plan to offer chef-made pastry goodies as part of our all day program while they last.
From there, if the community wants it, we hope to continue growing our hours and offerings over time.
