Hey everyone, just another mention and a please don’t forget to bring a donation of 3 or 4 or 10 items or whatever your family can do for the Old Beach Farmers Market 9th annual food drive supporting JVOC on Saturday June 20th.

If you know you can’t make market next week you are welcome to drop your donation off this Saturday at Grace and Gratitude and we will see it gets to the collection area at market next Saturday. You can drop off during the week at Life is Gouda too.

Grace and Gratitude appreciates each and everyone of you who support us at the market and Lori for all the time and her endless energy she gives Old Beach Farmers Market.

Today was GOOD. Like really good.

Thank you for showing up for Old Beach Farmers Market, for supporting these vendors, for bringing friends, sharing posts, shopping local, and continuing to make this little market feel so special week after week.

People don’t always see the amount of work that goes into making Saturday happen — but the vendors feel your support when you come out, and it matters more than you know.

Hey everyone I’m hoping you’re at the Old Beach Farmers Market this morning enjoying everyone’s offerings. I sure wish I was there but I’m sitting on my front porch in the sunshine and so happy to be home.

Surgery went so well and I admit now that I was very fearful of all of it! My drs words yesterday were “you exceeded everyone’s expectations with how very well your surgery went.
I applaud my surgeon Dr. John Malcolm along with his entire surgical team, the 2 anesthesiologist that kept me safe, and all of my nurses each whom
were pleasant and competent.

AND I thank all of you who sent messages prayers good energy and love my way. You guided me through this very trying time I faced. I sure knew I wasn’t alone.

Now time to rest, walk, regain my strength as I head down recovery road, turning the corner quickly to wellness lane is my goal.

Thank you from my heart and from my family too!
