My name is Jara Mackey! I have always been a lover of sweets. I started baking in high school and have since rekindled my passion with a new twist. My family has been living the vegan life style for close to five years now and my desserts have always been the rave in our community. So we decided to expand! I want to share the delights and delicacies with everyone. Many in my family were nay sayers

to desserts made without sugar or eggs but they've since changed their minds. I'd love to change yours too! That is if you don't already believe that desserts and baked goods are just as delicious if not more so with out eggs and sugar. We make Awesome fondant covered, frosted, or ganache covered cakes, cupcakes and cookies, made with fresh ingredients at affordable prices. Everything is custom designed around your taste, theme and event. I make my own buttercreams, fondant, royal icing, chocolate, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate ganache, whipped cream icing, cream cheese icing, fruit and custard fillings, etc and can do just about any flavor combos and colors you want. Obesity statistics have reached an alarming rate among children and adults and we are all aware of the negative results that too much sugar has on the body. Our goal at Just Jara Cakes is to support those who live healthy lives and those who are aspiring toward doing so. Let us prove that you can still treat yourself every now and again.
