Our focacceria Amale Tre Focacceria & Italian Deli is expanding to be built on farm-to-table cooking, and we’re looking for a dependable local supplier for fresh eggs, tomatoes, arugula, spring mix, eggplant, and herbs.

Weekly estimates:
• Tomatoes: 30 lbs
• Arugula: 6 lbs
• Spring mix: 2 lbs
• Eggplant: 4 count
• Rosemary + basil: generous amounts

We’d love to form a long-term partnership with a grower who values quality, consistency, and transparency—ideally naturally grown produce no chemical spraying, and eggs from healthy, well-raised chickens.

If you are (or know) a local farmer/grower who can help, please message me. I’m honestly tired of paying for greens with no flavor and herbs that don’t smell like anything. Our family would prefer to spend our money by supporting other local small business in our community .

And if you’re a home gardener growing chemical-free rosemary or basil, let’s trade: fresh herbs for a focaccia from Amale Tre Focacceria & Italian Deli.

As many of you know, we are a small, family-run focacceria, Amale Tre Focacceria & Italian Deliand everything we do comes from the heart ❤️.

This Friday, September 12th, my husband Gabriele will be undergoing open-heart surgery. We will be closed on Friday so that our family can be by his side during this important time.

On Saturday, we’ll reopen from 11 AM to 4 PM for lunch only. Gabriele will be recovering at home for the next four weeks. During this time, our hours may shift slightly, but please know that the quality of our food and the warm, personal service you’ve come to expect will remain the same.

Our mission is to make Gabriele proud by continuing what he started, and we couldn’t do it without the love and support of our amazing community. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing by our family and our business.

Please keep sharing Amale Tre with your friends, neighbors, and coworkers — and bring your loved ones to join us for a meal.
