Merry late Christmas and happy early New Year! Apologies for the delay, I have had some issues with my butcher. I now have meat in the dehydrator and can take orders on any of the 3 flavors! Thank you everybody for the patience thru the hiccups!

Anyone who has bought my hot Jerky, please reply to this message. I have a new recipe for a spicy jerky. The spicy/hot I have now is too atomic.. I have a free sample too all thought have bought the Hot previously (just pay shipping), and if you bought over half a pound and it is too hot, I will replace with the lesser hot (Just pay shipping).

I feel my spicy is still too hot, despite the flavor being delicious.. I think I need an Original, spicy, and HOT. HOT being the spicy I have currently, a.k.a. burn ya butt. Not being less of my spice for heat, but a seperate, less hot ingredient. Leaving the hot you know, yet adding a more mild spicy level.
