Forward Foods Norman

This Normandy cow is showing her Sooner Spirit with her cute boots, and we’ll take that as a good omen (touchdown, please?). This Pont l’Eveque also sports the most gorgeous rind in the case, a gentle pungency, and a gooey creamline. Put it on a board with some Dale & Daughter pickles and you’re good to go, win or lose. HORNS DOWN, Y’ALL.

We just tried this and can say it is DELICIOUS.

Our take on the classic Spanish cheesecake that’s burnt on the outside, wildly creamy in the middle. A swirl of gooey cream cheese ice cream with buttery salty caramel cream. Tied together with our signature brambleberry jam. Reactions in our test kitchen included shoulder shimmies, hands pounding tables, and declarations of undying love.
