Hope everyone's late summer has been going well! It's hard to believe it is almost over and winter is right around the corner!🍂🌨️

We have had some issues with the mower, so third cutting is taking a while to get done, Tess is almost done fixing it. Let's hope the weather cooperates for us🤞

The hot water heater for the barn wasn't working on Friday. Rita, the unofficial plumber for the farm, got it figured out in a couple hours!

We'll be in North Adams all day selling maple syrup and maple candy! Joe is also set up to sharpen knives.

It's going to be a long day, so come by and grab lunch from one of the many food trucks, and stop by and say hello!

We're going to be at North Adams Heritage Day this Saturday selling syrup! You can find us in town from 10am until 5pm. We will have maple syrup and maple confections, knife sharpening, and you can ask about our herdshares!

Second cutting is in the books! The equipment held up (thank goodness) and the rain held off.

We'll be starting third cutting before you know it! And from what I hear, small square bales may be in our future 😬🥴

It's been a busy week here at the farm!

We started 2nd cutting of hay, a little behind, but we had to fix the mower by removing the conditioner rollers.

The Milk house is getting a face lift! After replacing the wall this past winter, we decided to put new siding on.

The animals(and farmers) are happy the heat and smoke let up. The cows are actually excited to go out and graze in the evening!

The loader tractor had a flat tire, and it also needed an ignition switch replaced. Always something with the JX1090u.
