One hive got vandalized at the farm in Dighton. They took the outer cover. They also needed to undo a ratchet strap threaded through two cinder blocks. To the vandals...I hope you got stung in the bo****ks. The good news is the hive is alive. I found the queen and the hive is back up on its stand. If anyone in the Dighton area hears rumors of someone knocking over a beehive, perhaps teenagers or deer poachers who are known to trespass on the land, please let me know. Here's a picture of the damage and what looks like tire tracks into the field.
