Poured the foundation walls this week. Next week work will begin on the floor and grading of the site and installing of the water and sewer.
We are looking at a Grand Opening in April 2027.

We have our new 5 pound plastic jug with a pour spout in Summer or Fall honey. Pick one up at a farmers market or you can order them online from our website.

Big News! We have all our permits and we just broke ground on our store in Lake Barrington (corner of Pepper Road and Kelsey). We are planning on opening in 2027. We will be posting updates as work progress.

We had a wonderful farm to table dinner at Middlebury Farms this past week. The weather cleared and we had an amazing sunset along with great food, music and friendship.
