Hello everyone!
I am the manager here at The Purple Flamingo. The owners, Vanessa and Ryan, and myself have been working hard on brainstorming new ways for our small business to grow and integrate ourselves into the community. A recent thought was through education! Our store goal is to promote healthy choices and alternatives and what better way to assist in that than giving these food alternatives an extra benefit, which is educational assistance!

More about myself: I am a recent 3.9 GPA college graduate with a bachelors in writing, as well as an associates degree. I have worked as a theater teacher and substitute at a variety of schools as well since graduating high school, so I am very proficient in working with children. The flock and I here at Purple Flamingo want to give opportunities to the community that might not be as common, but with the exciting twist of juice, smoothies and açaí bowls! We’re open to suggestions as well on how we can combine our passion for juices, smoothies and bowls with the communities goals and passions as well.
