Bottling is pretty easy if you think about it. All you have to do is fill your wine from the barrel into a larger container, bring that container to the bottling trailer, connect a hose to said container so the wine gets pumped into the trailer. From there all you have to do is unload empty bottles onto the conveyer belt, make sure they all get filled correctly and have the machine put labels on in the exact correct position. If you’re a little extra you can have 3-4 people add a numbered tag to each bottle running by them (this step is optional). After that you just have to put all bottles back into the box they came from, send the box down a little slide (it gets taped automatically) add put on another label so you know what’s inside, stack it on a pallet and wrap the pallet after about 60 cases have been put on it. And then you know, you just have to put the pallet away and do the whole thing about 12 more times because you made so many single varietal wines last year. Just about 15 suuuper simple steps 😊

Hiking season is finally here! Here at Pearl & Stone Wine Co. we have everything you could need for fun day of hiking. A water bottle that holds 750ml (iykyk 😉), plastic cups to share that water from the bottle, a new kind of hat to keep that sun out of your face, a corkscrew (just in case) and a charcuterie board TO GO! Huge shoutout to all our amazing customers who donated money and food to Sno Valley Pet Services these past 3 weeks! Even with the weather being slightly difficult we were able to raise $1525 and got several food and toy donations! 🐶🐱

Our professional raffle drawer, Paris, helped us pick winners, who have all been contacted. So, if you got an awkward voicemail from us today, it’s real - you won a prize! 🏆
