Big news! The Tollgate Farm Store is now open Fridays from 12pm to 6pm starting tomorrow. We’ll have all the amazing veggies from our farm plus flowers from Circle River Flowers, fruit from TVF, mushrooms from Sno-Valley Mushrooms and so much more! Steel Wheel Farm Just look for the big white barn off 202 between North Bend and Snoqualmie.

It’s pepper time on the farm! And we’ve got a full spread of varieties for you this season. Green bell peppers 🫑 galore, plus shish*tos and jalapeños 🌶️ as well! We’ve also got poblanos and cayennes for all your delicious culinary needs. 🥳 And by shopping local, you can be sure our food is 100% safe and organic!

You can stock up by visiting us at our Tollgate Farm Store (now open Fridays as well), Ashley Wilson or at UDistrict farmers market this Saturday in Seattle! Come get your peppers on!

The smoke has finally arrived in western WA. Brutal day to work outside: hot, can’t breathe, the air and haze of the sky giving us those apocalyptic vibes. But we harvested the food today.

Considering what’s happening to the rest of our state with wildfires and entire communities burning down, we should feel lucky it’s just smoke. But we’re very much hoping the wind shifts so we can keep ourselves safe. Steel Wheel Farm

Come work with us! We’re looking to hire one more full time crew member for the remainder of the season (through November). Tasks include harvesting, CSA packing, planting, weeding, working with the crew to keep the farm running.
