🍰✨ REFORM CAKE – A Serbian Classic
Rich chocolate, walnuts, silky cream, and delicate layers come together in one of Serbia’s most beloved desserts 🍫🌰

🥣 Ingredients
For the sponge:
• 10 egg whites
• 250 g sugar
• 250 g ground walnuts 🌰
For the filling:
• 10 egg yolks
• 200 g sugar
• 90 g bittersweet chocolate 🍫
• 225 g unsalted butter
For the ganache:
• 120 g semisweet chocolate
• 120 ml heavy cream

✨ How to make it
1️⃣ Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in walnuts.
2️⃣ Bake the sponge, cool completely, and cut into 4 layers.
3️⃣ Cook egg yolks and sugar over a double boiler until thick. Add chocolate and butter for a silky cream.
4️⃣ Layer sponge and filling, chill overnight, then finish with ganache and walnuts 🌰✨
