Every Friday, we serve a steak dinner at The Fort. This week, we are featuring hand-cut New York Strips, accompanied by your choice of sautéed mushrooms (locally sourced from Specialty Spores) or our homemade chimichurri sauce. Wondering what chimichurri is? It's a vibrant dressing of fresh cilantro, basil, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and vinegar. Swing in tonight after 5PM to treat yourself!
