From 3 - 6 p.m. today, come meet local farmers at the West Brookfield Farmers' Market on the West Brookfield common. We will have our pork, lean beef and eggs, while others will
have delicious, freshly picked produce (corn, heirloom tomatoes, onions, carrots, peppers, etc.), honey, breads, maple syrup, jams, herb plants and the best--amazingly delicious--strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, black berry, vanilla AND fudge brownie ice cream...yum! Hope to see you there!

Come join us tomorrow, Wednesday, June 5th, for opening day at the West Brookfield Farmers' Market on the West Brookfield common! From 3 til 6 p.m. we'll have lots of our delicious beef, pork and eggs for sale, and other vendors will be selling yummy baked goods, veggie plants for your garden, ice cream, spring veggies (lettuce, spinach, asparagus, etc), local honey and maple syrup. The opening day of the Brimfield Farmers Market at Hitchcock Academy is Saturday, April 13th!! Come and enjoy the first market of the season between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., especially if you are looking for our delicious locally raised beef and pork, as well as lettuce & herb plants and delicious baked goods, jams & jellies sold by other local farmers.

So nice to see the sunshine and start thinking about planting our gardens full of vegetables for our CSA customers!! We have several CSA memberships available, so let us know if you'd like us to grow yummy tasting vegetables (and a few fruits) for you this coming growing season!

If you are in the neighborhood, join us for the season's first West Brookfield Farmers' Market tomorrow, from 3 til 6 p.m. on the West Brookfield common (junction of Rt. 9 and
Rt. 67). We'll have lots of steaks, ground beef (for delicious burgers or tacos), sweet or hot italian beef sausage links, plus eggs (chicken & duck). Also at the market, you'll find lots of locally grown produce, plants, honey, baked treats and ice cream!

A beautiful day for today's annual May Festival from 10 til 2 p.m. at the Haston Public Library in North Brookfield. We'll bring frozen cuts of beef and pork, farm fresh chicken eggs from our hens, as well as black gold (rotted cow manure) for feeding your house or garden plants. There's also a plant swap, other local farms, Five Loaves of Spencer and more!
