Dale and I headed north and west this week!
County #15 Williams
#16 Henry
#17 Fulton
#18 Defiance
Quick take-aways:
So flat!
So much corn!
So quiet!
The downtowns in the cities we explored have the most beautiful buildings and the cutest shops to explore.
Day #1 was spent exploring Fulton County. We found some antique stores, thrift stores, found the cutest diner for lunch, went to Goll Woods, and found a great Mexican restaurant.
Day #2 was Defiance and Williams Counties. Fort Defiance, antique stores, thrifting, Spangler Candy Company, and Dick's Maple Farm were highlights!
Day #3, Henry County, was rather short and sweet. The giant Campbell's tomato soup can made us laugh. Thrifting didn't work out, but we were glad to have visited!
We stopped in Fremont, Ohio, for lunch, which is in Sandusky County. The sports bar that we visited was too good not to mention! Van Ness Time Out Sports Bar was fantastic! We'll definitely go back and we'll definitely mention it, again, when we officially do Sandusky County!
