For more than three decades, Sam Capers has been a driving force behind Limehouse’s success. As a dedicated truck driver on our transportation team, Sam has spent 32 years ensuring customers receive the freshest, highest-quality produce with the care and consistency they can count on. Known for his reliability and friendly communication, Sam has built lasting relationships with his customers, who trust him to deliver excellence on every route.

“I really enjoy the family-like environment here at Limehouse,” Sam says. He likes the independence that comes with life on the road and takes pride in being both a driver and a salesperson.

His favorite product: Pears 🍐

Outside of work, Sam specializes in paint and body work for all types of vehicles, a passion he’s pursued even before joining Limehouse. His skill and dedication shines through every project he takes on, much like they do in his work behind the wheel.

For nearly two decades, Jose has been a driving force behind Limehouse’s smooth and successful warehouse operations. As a Daytime Warehouse Supervisor, Jose leads by example, keeping his team organized, motivated, and ready to tackle whatever the day brings. With 17 years at Limehouse, Jose’s experience and dependability make him an essential part of our daily success.

“I like everything about working here!” Jose says. “Every day is a little different, and it keeps me on my toes.” His positive attitude and adaptability help set the tone for the entire team.

Outside of work, Jose brings his energy to a different kind of stage as a DJ! What began as a casual interest at parties quickly turned into a true passion, and he’s now been spinning tracks for several years.
