All you do is drop your meat in the crockpot + the designated birria pax. Instructions come on each of our bags for easy use. 🤗
For restaurant, foodtruck or catering businesses, we send someone out to show you how to produce birria in large quantities. The reason that is stated is because there is more variables involved when cooking bigger batches in a traditional stove and pot over a crockpot. 🧅🔥
Production has started for our personal and family sized batches but businesses must email to get on the list.
