Bartlett pears are known for their classic pear flavor — wonderfully sweet and aromatic, with a soft, buttery texture as they ripen.

WHY WE LOVE THEM
They’re one of those fruits that are just as wonderful eaten out of hand as they are tucked into a pie, poached for dessert, added to a salad, or paired with a good cheese.

And one of our favorite things about Bartletts? They tell you when they’re ready. 🍐

They’re typically picked while still green and firm and allowed to finish ripening off the tree. As they ripen, the skin turns a beautiful golden yellow and the flesh becomes softer, sweeter and incredibly juicy.
