🌎My WORLD... These 4 people right here are my world and my reason for everything I do. This business is not just a hobby for me. Its apart of my family's livelihood and every little thing said or done to this little micro bakery matters. We are all just out here trying to survive this crazy life. I am a mother to three young children. One of them is on the autism spectrum and has zero impulse control or sense of danger and also elopement issues at times. As a mother that is completely terrifying every second of the day you live in fear and on edge trying to make sure they never slip out of view and are safe but also trying to give them the freedom like every other child. If you dont have a child or children with special needs just try to imagine how much stress that alone is. Now add the fact that your husband works nights and busts his but to provide for his family and everything they need so that means you as a mother and wife are alone every night to handle it all dinner, snack, homework, play, showering, pick up all three at different places within the same 5 minutes and still try to run a buisness and make menus take orders answer questions and make posts. My husband is the most giving and caring man on this planet and he deserves so much and its because of him that I pursued my dream of a micro bakery. My point is before you judge what one buisness does versus another such as using AI to help create a menu because your children need you or your husband is at work and trying to help out so he just throws all the info into the phone while doing his own job or when the hours of operation suddenly need to change because your children need you more then the loaf of focaccia does or not having every single item available right away because you are only a one person run buisness with no emplyees. Think about why they do what they do and who they are and what they may have going on in life. This bakery has been a dream since I was about 14 and started baking and I am so greatful to be able to get a go at it. I just hope that you can give a little bit of grace to small businesses like mine who deeply depend on all the positive comments and orders and purchases that in the end help provide for our families. Shop small shop local support each other. Oh just just try not to be a complete ass...
