Combo of the weekend! The zippy Dandelion Sour with our perch tacos(special for dad’s weekend & LCI Derby).

Beer - Dandelion Sour is delightfully tart & delicate notes of pollen.
Tacos - deep fried winter perch with fresh Napa cabbage slaw, pickled onions, southwest sauce & cilantro in corn tortilla.

North Hero Taproom update : Rain & strong wind have squelched our fire and pizza making for today(Thursday, 6.18) find us back tomorrow(Friday, 6.19) with all the pizzas, a Buffalo Chicken 'Za special, salads of local green/veg and FISH TACOS to kick off the celebration of Lake Champlain International's Father's Day Fishing Derby.

Today the taproom with have warm, soft pretzels with maple-mustard. It is also national picnic day today so please also feel free to byo picnic too.

The first in a powerhouse series of flowers; this weekend we introduce the 2026 batch of DANDELION SOUR! Tart and delicately floral this seasonal brew has a unicorn-like uniqueness that you must taste to appreciate. Available Friday in North Hero & on Saturday at our friendly Farmer's Markets. This is small-batch, once a year beer - if you see it, snag it.

This sweet spot, located in Stowe opened in 2022, reviving the legendary music venue, formerly known as The Rusty Nail. Perch Tacos! On the menu this week in celebration of Lake Champlain International's Father's Day Fishing Derby. A boat load of precious winter perch will be beer battered, deep fried and smothered with sauce and greens. Simple, delicious and local.

We’re pouring at LAGERFEST 2026 in Essex, VT this Saturday, June 13, 4-8pm.

This is a LAGER-ONLY festival featuring 24 breweries, live music from Red Hot Juba & Friends, festival food, lawn games, and a “more useful than most” commemorative tasting glass to take home.

The organizer (Black Flannel Brewing) has kept advance tickets affordable at $42 through Friday, June 12. Day-of tickets will increase to $46.

Tickets include entry, glass, event sticker, and 10 tasting tickets (with the ability to purchase 5 more). Designated drivers get in free.
