They're also guilt-free; moderation is key so these minikin versions of your favorite desserts are PERFECT for those who are monitoring their weight and health (or those who like miniature things or stuffing their faces)! Cheesecake flavors include: Plain, , Choclate, Lemon, Blueberry, Strawberry, Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Butterscotch, MintyChip, Oreo, Caramel and more! It’s Just 1 More Bite...

Just 1 More Bite is the Brainchild of Chef JaNae which originally started out as a catering service back in 2007. Her love for cooking grew from throwing dinner parties at home and cooking for friends’ gatherings to catering for organizations and providing Personal Chef services for it’s growing clientele.

Meanwhile, she continued to hone her craft working in different restaurants and graduating from Los Angeles Trade Technical College’s renowned Culinary Arts program. Equipped with greater culinary and business knowledge, she decided to expand our catering services and build a brand as Just 1 More Bite Culinary Services, encompassing a vast spectrum of various culinary and food industry-related services.
