Founder, Aldaine Oakley, created Spice Jamaica from the wealth of knowledge of the culinary arts cultivated by his family for generations. His passion for finding a greater purpose, came from learning and serving others, in the hustle and bustles of Kingston, Jamaica - in the heart of August Town.
His native home was his village, where he learnt the ways of others and saw ways to truly serve the hearts of the people. Developing his tenacity from many who had their own taste to the culture that Jamaica so endearingly gives to those who wish to indulge.
But one day, he decided that is was time to Spice things up a bit - and uprooted himself to find his own way. Aiming to catering to the Roots he grew up in, provided him the tenure to become even more seasoned in his craft. Helping him to create his own line of seasoning.
Where his vision of the taste of Jamaican culture can now be held in the hands of those across the world. That was the path his aspiration is in hopes to pave.
So no matter what person craved, he wanted them to be able to make it - The Spice Jamaica Way!
