— Update on my Dad - Greg Allender

For those who have been by our side these very difficult past two months, we are excited to say our first battle is won. Greg is now able to continue recovery at home and in great spirits after a long stint in Chicago. Greg was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer in early December. With that came complications with a feeding tube where he acquired a very dangerous infection that almost cost him his life. With fervent support, attentive care, and prayer, Greg made a miraculous recovery. After undergoing nine surgeries and several other procedures, he is healing well. We sincerely thank everyone who has been praying, checking in and keeping Greg and our family in your thoughts. Our journey is not over, as now Greg is beginning to start his cancer treatment. With all of the incredible support we have from our loving friends and family, you all are giving him the will power to continue the fight. We appreciate your continued prayers for Greg 🤍
