Congratulations to the man who put a little farm on the map, made foraging wild fern and watercress worthwhile, inspired us to grow Italian greens, and taught us all about cardoons! I miss our early morning market chats and seeing our vegetables used so purely on your menus. We are forever grateful for your support and truly honored to be mentioned in your beautiful cookbook!
