Whether you’re a longtime regular or visiting from out of town, we’re excited to welcome you to Callsign Brewing + Kitchen this summer.

We’ve extended our hours so you have even more time to enjoy handcrafted beer, chef inspired food, and great company.

5 more interviews next month. Great things are happening.

Post production final is complete, still need the Final Cut with Tracy and I doing some commentary and throw in a quick beer commercial from CALLSIGN BREWING and it’s released.

Episode three is two weeks away.

We’ve officially rolled out our new Smokehouse Menu!

From slow-smoked meats and loaded platters to house-made sides and BBQ favorites, there’s plenty to dig into. You’ll find some familiar comfort food staples alongside a few new menu additions we’re excited to share.

Chef Howard and her team has rolled out a ✨BRAND NEW✨ menu featuring a mix of new favorites and the dishes you’ve come to know and love. From smokehouse platters and handhelds to shareables, wings, salads, and more, there’s something for everyone at the table.
