When Christine Prohaska set out to find a healthy and sweet Paleo snack for her clients, she couldn’t find anything that didn’t taste like dirt. She also didn’t want a bar that was just meat, fruit and nuts. She found there were very few options for dessert-like bars that were truly Paleo that people would actually eat! The energy bar market was crowded, but lacked a Paleo dessert bar. So, she set out to create her own bar. Christine spent several months finding the right combination; making a gluten and dairy free bar with only real food ingredients, in perfect ratios to maximize taste and health. With the help of Christina Elberts and athlete taste testers, they nailed it! Now the word is spreading and we are growing like gangbusters, trying to keep them in stock!
