☕🍸 Meet your new coffee obsession: the Dalgona Martini.

Creamy, smooth, and topped with a cloud of whipped coffee, this cocktail combines the viral Dalgona coffee trend with the rich flavor of an espresso martini. It's the perfect after-dinner drink or weekend indulgence.

🍸 Dalgona Martini Recipe
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
• 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
• Ice

Dalgona Foam
• 2 tbsp instant coffee
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp hot water

Whisk the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water until thick and fluffy. Shake the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top generously with the whipped Dalgona foam. Garnish with coffee beans or a light dusting of cocoa, if desired.
