Roasting is the most fun part of owning Kavka. There are so many brands out there…some are great at marketing, some have strong stories, some have both. But one thing we take extremely seriously is the roasting process. It’s always done by me, Maks, the owner - always learning, always improving.
I’ve been working with coffee bean since 2016, and there’s still so much to learn. What really means a lot to me is seeing that about 70% of our customers come back, even as we grow fast. Some have been with Kavka since day one - over four years now.
Nothing is taken for granted. No shortcuts. Always pushing, always overthinking, always trying to do it better.
