The Pop-Up Turns 6 Months! 🎉

Hi Cookie Family! ❤️

Can you believe we’re going into our 6th month of the Cookie Pop-Up?! 🎉

Over the past six months, we’ve taken our pop-up to new levels! My favorite part has always been creating an experience where you can stop by, see the cookies in person, and pick out whatever flavors you want!

The Cookie Pop-Up is so much more than selling cookies to me. I love building relationships with each of you, getting to know you, hearing your stories, and giving you the opportunity to get to know me face-to-face.

The Story Behind The Cookie

The Cookie of the Week is DIRTY DIANE! 🔥🍪

Every cookie has a story, and this one is a special part of the Royal Gourmet Cookies story.

When I first started baking, I had SO many cookie flavors I wanted to create. But honestly, I was a little afraid that people wouldn't like them.

Then one day, one of my amazing customers, Diane, called me and said she loved my cookies. She suggested that I make a chocolate chip cookie with toffee and walnuts.

That phone call gave me the boost I needed to trust myself, be creative, and create the unique cookie flavors that I loved.

So, I went to work perfecting the recipe.

And when I finally got it right… THIS COOKIE WAS FIRE! 🔥 It was so good, it felt a little dirty—in the best way! 😂

My customer's name was Diane, so I put the two together…

Dirty Diane was born! ❤️

Dirty Diane is made with:
🍫 Semi-sweet chocolate chips
🤎 Buttery toffee chunks
🌰 Toasted, crunchy walnuts

The combination creates a rich, buttery, crunchy and completely unique flavor that you won't get from an ordinary chocolate chip cookie.

Sometimes, all it takes is one person believing in your idea to give you the courage to believe in yourself.
