We used Hannah’s Honey, a local family-operated business, as an ingredient in our Honey Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia—and it is SO good! 🍯🌿 We love being able to use another local vendor’s product in our baking.

You guys are making us feel pretty special.

We've had several people tell us that they came to the market specifically looking for our focaccia, and several others told us they came back because they were looking forward to getting another loaf.

Yesterday we completely sold out of our Garlic & Herb focaccia, and unfortunately had several people looking for it after we were sold out!

So we're going to start experimenting with offering more focaccia outside of the farmers market.

Wow! What a great night at the North Mankato Farmers' Market!!

We completely sold out of our Garlic and Herb, and Rosemasy Sea Salt Focaccia bread, and we only have one loaf of Sundried Tomato left!!

One total loaf left today, awesome!

We do have a few slices of our family favorite Chocolate chip Bundt cake and out smokehouse party mix left as well.

This is where I work when im not seeing all of you at the markets.
If you’re in the Mankato area, come check us out and there is a 50% chance I'll be cooking!

This burger is awesome with our house made sauce, thin crispy fresh beef patties, and plenty of Swiss and American cheese! Top it off with some carmelized onions and bacon!!

And when youre done...try one of my personally made Bundt cakes on the menu!!
