Tap Room is open Tuesday-Thursday from 4pm-9pm, Friday 4pm-10pm. Saturday 12pm-10pm, and Sunday 12pm-6pm. FAQ:
Do you have a restaurant? No, we are a brewery and never a restaurant. We have Angie's BoomChickaPop Popcorn for sale and other snacks but that's it! If you want food feel free to bring it into the taproom or have it delivered. We suggest you support the bars and restaurants around Mankat

o area that sell our beer. Periodically we have food trucks on Saturdays, check our events tab for more info and dates. Can you buy a 6-pack or Keg of beer at the Brewery? No, we currently sell 64oz Growlers, 25oz Crowlers, & occasional 750ML Bombers to take home. Do you brew your own beer? Yes, we are a full production brewery. Stop in and see the system in a clear view from our taproom. All beer is brewed at 1119 Center St., North Mankato, MN. No contract brewing at Mankato Brewery! Handicap Accessible? Yes, we've made a few changes to make sure the front door gives you easier access and one bathroom has a wider door for easier access.

Big news for fans of Mad Butcher IPA 🍻

Mad Butcher IPA is officially becoming a year-round beer! That means you’ll now be able to find it on tap and in kegs at your favorite local watering holes starting now and all year long.

And even better news… cans will be back hitting shelves this July!

We’re incredibly happy to see Mad Butcher IPA continue on. 🍻

It means a lot to see the Mad Butcher branding remain recognizable and, even more importantly, to know the same great recipe fans came to love is back once again. A big thank you to Schell’s Brewery, the brewery crew, and Jacob!

A huge thank you to Schell’s and everyone involved in bringing this iconic beer back to life for longtime fans and a whole new generation of hopheads.
