THE LIARS VS. THE JUSTICE SYSTEM:
WHO IS WORSE?
A person who knowingly fabricates a criminal allegation against an innocent human being is not a victim.
They are perpetrators. They are liars. They are hardened criminals. And when they deliberately make a false allegation to destroy another person's life, they are committing a crime.
They have taken the law and weaponised it against an innocent person, using the very system that is supposed to protect the public and used it as a weapon of personal destruction.
They know what they are doing. They know the consequences. They know that an innocent man or boy could lose everything, his family, his career, his freedom, his life.
They know that even if he was one of the lucky fortunate few to ever be acquitted, the damage is done and will follow him for the rest of his life.
And they do it anyway.
What kind of person deliberately sets out to destroy another human being like that? What kind of person can look at the potential devastation they are about to cause and simply not care?
A criminal, that's who.
It is not a mistake or a misunderstanding. It is deliberate cruelty.
It is deliberately holding a gun to an innocent person's head and pulling the trigger, while the justice system stands by to reload.
And for what? Revenge? Attention? Spite? Money? The twisted satisfaction of watching another human being suffer?
It is a crime.
Now let's look at the police and the criminal justice system.
We are constantly told that police officers, operate without fear or favour.
Really?
Not from what I've seen...
When officers abuse their position, when judges lead juries to convict, when prosecutors pursue cases without acknowledging weaknesses and lies, with no evidence at all, and turn a blind eye to information that could expose a lie, what exactly are they doing?
Fear or favour? Only when they are favouring false accusing criminals.
They are supposed to be serving justice, not serving an agenda.
And if they knowingly facilitate a false accuser, deliberately suppress relevant evidence or consciously help bring about a miscarriage of justice, they should be held accountable.
Because power without accountability is a very dangerous thing.
False accusers use lies, deception and manipulation to get what they want. And if people within the justice system assist them, they are using the power of the law to give those lies consequences they should never achieve.
One person can destroy a life with a lie.
The justice system gives that lie the power to destroy everything.
And that is the double betrayal.
Criminals will always exist. There will always be people prepared to lie, cheat, steal or even murder. All for their own ends.
That is precisely why we have laws, courts and police.
The job of the police is to investigate. The job of prosecutors is to assess the evidence and pursue cases lawfully.
WITHOUT FEAR OR FAVOUR.
The courts must determine guilt according to the evidence and the law.
Their job is not to assist criminals get away with criminal behaviour.
So, the verdict: justice system or false accusing criminals?
A false accusing liar is a danger. A criminal that sets out to destroy their target, their prey, the innocent man.
But a justice system that knowingly enables that liar is a danger to everyone.
And that is why I believe the institutional betrayal is the greater concern.
A criminal who lies is one thing. We expect it of them.
But a justice system that knowingly assists that criminal is a betrayal of everyone.
