Meet the latest music artist for Danny Wildcard will be helping us brew to one of his song for July.

We met at the second Saturday event at The Monarch in March. Today we hung out at Grounds for Coffee 25th Street this morning and talked about his inspiration, the power of collaboration, to how Kombucha is brewed and how the music effects the SCOBY as well as the flavor of the Kombucha after the first brew.

Here is a little intro to how we are making check it out on www.idigogden.com we are taking pre-orders through the end of January.

The Kombucha for is being brewed at Sünnte Kombucha right here in Ogden. Each of these three will be brewed while listening to a song from each of these three Utah musicians:

Advent Horizon
Denise Valle
And
Love Juliet

The amazing collaboration that is will be powerful. We are open for pre-order. What do you get? A 12-pack of extra small batch custom kombucha. 3 flavors with 4 bottles of each flavor. Each one will be brewed while listening to 3 songs by local artist Advent Horizon , Denise Valle and Amber Shay. When you by the 12-pack you will get a link to download the songs. Listen to them while the kombucha brews and you will align your cells to the living microbiome in the kombucha. Or, so we hope! This first month is an experiment do join us as we see what happens!
