I have been on my journey for 3yrs now. This picture is one yr apart. Even after 3 yrs everyday I am still learning and growing. We must learn to release the fear of "letting ourselves down"! We all fumble and get back up. Same applies in all aspects. Every step counts and each mess up is more strength for the next time. Love yourselves. You are already on the right track.
