It is a delight and a blessing to have beautiful flowers in the garden to enjoy on the table.

"A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it. It just blooms." — Zen Shin

How are you going to bloom today? Or are you needing to keep growing and resting to bloom another day?

✨ Meet Our Sweet Fiber Wethers! (Pasture Buddies & Brush Clearers) ✨

If you are looking to add some sweet, low-maintenance companions or top-tier fiber producers to your homestead, meet our remaining boys: Peter, Prince, and Philip!

With our primary herder preparing for upcoming surgeries, we are actively right-sizing our herd to lighten the daily workload, making this a wonderful time to welcome these sweet guys to your farm.

🐐 Meet the Boys:

Peter: Our handsome young white Angora wether with striking blue eyes! Born this past spring, his very first shearing next year will yield the softest, most sought-after first-year fiber. (His fleece currently has a touch of our local red clay soil in photos, but it washes out completely crystal-white during processing!)

Prince: An absolute sweetheart who loves pets, treats, and affection. He has a very handsome rack and makes a wonderful, calm pasture buddy.

Philip: A striking half-black and half-white wether with unique markings! Fiber artists love him because you can separate his dark and light fleece, blend custom heathered grays, or spin fun variegated yarn.

✂️ Herd Health:
All of our boys were freshly sheared on July 5th, dusted, and are fully up-to-date on all vaccinations and farm care.

📲 Interested in bringing home one or the whole group?

Update: She found a lovely home.

✨ Meet Sacagawea! (Brown Angora Doe with Striking Blue Eyes)

✨Born on April 10, 2025, Sacagawea is a stunning young doe with a rich red-brown coat and bright, clear blue eyes. She comes from a truly exceptional lineage on our farm and is ready to be a star addition to your homestead!

👑 Proven Genetics & A Strong Family Line:Sacagawea’s mother is our beloved Xena, a proven doe who has consistently produced incredibly healthy, gorgeous, high-fiber kids year after year. Sacagawea is carrying on that fantastic legacy—she delivered a darling, healthy doeling of her own this year and proved to be a wonderful mother!

🐐 Ready for Spring Kids & Fiber:
She is mature, healthy, and ready to continue breeding to bring your farm years of strong, beautiful kids. (Plus, she has been running with our handsome badger-colored Angora buck, so she is likely already bred for February kidding!)

Whether you’re looking to build out your breeding program, raise top-tier fiber, or add a gentle, beautiful doe to your herd, Sacagawea is the complete package.

✨ Meet Peter! (White Angora Fiber Wether with Blue Eyes)

✨Look at this handsome young man! Peter is a sweet white Angora wether with striking blue eyes, and he is looking for a wonderful home to join.

His story is as cute as he is—he was born on the farm along with his sister, Tinker Bell, so we named him after Peter Pan! He definitely has that playful, gentle spirit.

A quick note on his look in photos: Our lovely Placerville red clay soil likes to temporarily adjust his coat color while he plays in the pasture! Don't let the natural red dirt fool you—he is a pure white goat under that dust, and every bit of the clay washes out completely during processing to leave pristine fleece.

🧶 Why Peter is a Dream for Fiber Artists:
Peter is under a year old, which means his very first shearing is coming up next spring. For spinners, knitters, and fiber enthusiasts, a goat’s first shear is the absolute holy grail! First-year mohair yields the softest, finest, and silky-smooth fleece a goat will ever produce in its lifetime. It feels like pure clouds in your hands and creates luxury-grade yarn that is next-level soft.

On top of producing incredible fleece, Peter is a sweetheart, a great pasture buddy, and a natural brush clearer.

📲 Interested in learning more, seeing more photos, or coming to meet Peter?

Send me a direct message! We are currently right-sizing our herd and would love to connect him with a great home (and we have wonderful package options if you're looking for a pair or a small group!).

✨ Meet Phillip! (Black & White Fiber Wether) ✨

If you're looking for personality, striking good looks, and endless crafting possibilities, meet Phillip!

Phillip is a handsome, sweet wether with a unique half-black and half-white coat that makes him an absolute showstopper in the pasture.

🧶 A Fiber Artist’s Playground:
For handspinners, felters, and fiber lovers, Phillip’s fleece is a total dream! Because of his distinct coloring, he gives you so many fun options at shearing time:

Spin contrast yarns: You can separate his jet-black and bright-white locks during processing to spin distinct black and white skeins.

Blend custom grays: Card his black and white fibers together to create gorgeous, heathered charcoal and silver-gray colorways.

Keep the spin playful: Spin his fleece as-is for a dynamic, naturally barber-poled or variegated yarn with zero dyeing needed!

Beyond his incredible fleece, Phillip is a gentle, easygoing guy who makes a fantastic pasture buddy and a natural lawnmower for brush control.

📲 Interested in learning more, seeing more photos, or coming to meet Phillip?

Send me a direct message! We are currently right-sizing our herd and would love to find him a great pasture (we also offer wonderful package discounts if you're looking for a pair or small group!).
