Shadybrook Garlic began in 2020, when we, Ethan and Wendy, moved to a farm in North Plains, Oregon with our 8 month old, Leah. We planted our first field of elephant garlic that fall in our front yard. Fueled by pizza and beverages, our friends and family members have helped us along the way. Since then, we have expanded to 1 acre and added twin babies to the team. We are motivated by our children to keep our fields chemical-free and use the most sustainable methods possible.
