Great news yesterday for Oregon residents. With the help of everyone complaining, we finally got an amendment to the integrity rules and a fish propagation permit is no longer required to raise Tilapia indoors for personal use. The only requirement is a transportation permit of $12! Let us know if you'd like some fish!
