We have opened up Double Dips Ice Creamery in the downtown community of North Platte Nebraska plus we also have available the ice cream trailer for outdoor events. We cater to events small and large. It’s Lori’s birthday today and how is she celebrating…doing what she LOVES working an event in the trailer!

You can find Lori today in the park at Hershey Nebraska Fall Festival serving up your favorite ice cream treats.

Make sure you stop by the park, after the parade and wish her a big “Happy Birthday!” She will be there until 2pm-ish, or as long as there is a line.

While our system is being worked on right now, we are hoping for an open update soon! We are so ready to be scooping ice cream again soon for you.

We love our corner location and lots of windows, but that also means it can get hot; so that AC is so important and takes a bit to cool the place off.

We continue to remain closed and we hope to have an update soon!

While we have had some fun joking about the irony of no AC in an ice cream cream shop today, we will have to remain closed at the Canteen location until it is resolved.

We are keeping all the ice cream nice and cold in the freezers. For our staff’s sake and limit how often the freezers are opened, the Canteen District location does remain closed. 😞

Our Lakeside location is open tonight until 9:00pm.

While it may not have over 30 flavors like downtown, it has some of your favorites, served up on cones, dishes, homemade waffle cones, sundaes, shakes and malts.

If you haven’t been out to Lakeside, inside Axes & Aces tonight is the perfect night to go check it out!!!!

Well… ice cream and no A/C aren’t exactly a great combination. 🥵🍦

Our air conditioning isn’t working, so we are closed until further notice while we get it taken care of.

The technicians will be here today, and we’re hoping to be back to scooping as soon as possible!
