My name is Thomas Nel. I am originally from South Africa. The United States has been my home for the last 11 years. I have always enjoyed food preparation. Most of all smoking while creating the perfect BBQ. I come from a family of great chefs. My unique background gives me an edge while I combine spices and techniques.
