Today his ranch is ran the same by Orvil's son Ernie, grandson Kevin, and great-grandson Anthony. The Kuhlmann Ranch is located next to the world famous Buffalo Bill's Scouts Rest Ranch in North Platte, NE. Stop in anytime to see these incredible Herefords or give us a call. Anthony (308)530-4574

In the 1960's, the Kuhlmann family from North Platte dominated the show and sale ring with their Polled Herefords. The bull on the right is Dynamic, he was Ernie's bull (Orvil's oldest boy). The bull on the left was Diamond Ring, he was George Haussler's bull (Orvil's son in law at the time, he passed away). These bulls were the Grand & Reserve Champion Sale Bulls and were sold at the Denver show in 1962.
