October is SLOOOOWWWW and we need our people! 🧡😂

We’ve got cookies, brownies, cheesecake, chocolate cake, muffins… literally ALL the things and moreeee.

What we’re missing is YOU!

Our next big projects don’t start until the beginning of November, so right now our main project is standing here wondering where everybody is 👀🤣

Come grab a coffee, pick out something delicious, bring a friend and hang out with us. These treats aren’t going to eat themselves, and we really cannot be left responsible for all of them.

Playing with technique is always a fun adventure. Today, I had a creative block and I scrapped so many designs, settled on this one, messed it up (not only uneven edges but design flaw as well… iykyk)

BUT I was able to gift a customer this cake to take back to her office crew before it became a rage smack cake! ❤️❤️💋😅

Pumpkin Chai spiced Cake with alternating buttercream layers — pumpkin and chai.

(This is a 4 layer cake 6” cake)

Smelled like Fall and Happy Dreams 😍

We aren’t just one thing around here ❤️

We’re caterers, bakery suppliers, meal program coordinators, and the people making your coffee and piling frosting on your cinnamon rolls. Sometimes we’re feeding a plane full of people, sometimes we’re putting together meals for a crew, and sometimes we’re just hoping you’ll come hang out and have lunch with us.

There’s a lot happening in our little business, even when the door is closed!

Choosing to close for the day is hard. So is opening when we’re exhausted and trying to balance everything with life and our kids. Our team is still very small, and we’re figuring out when to be open, what to offer, and how to make it all work.

But please believe we’re doing as much as we can to be a strong part of North Pole. We love the relationships we’ve built here, and we have so many ideas we’re excited to bring to life.

Watch for pop up goodies, special breakfast and lunch days, and some fun events with our team and other small local businesses. Small business helping small business builds a strong community, and we want to keep being part of that ❤️

We still need you on the days we’re open. Come eat, grab a coffee, bring a friend, and keep us in mind when you need something special.

A little behind the scenes… behind the boxes 😅 if you will. 📦

We’ve been really busy. Like, REALLY busy. And this week is exceptionally busy with several fulfillment orders that require a LOT of heavy lifting. Literally. 😂

Erin’s somewhere behind the delivery, and this caffeinated cinnamon roll slinger remembered to eat an actual meal: sweet potatoes, green beans, and pesto sautéed turkey. 🍴 Apparently coffee and frosting don’t count as lunch. Rude.

A little chaos, a lot of coffee, and plenty of good food coming out of this kitchen. 🤎
