Choco Roco is unlike anything we have had before. We grind organic coco nibs and put them in a rub. Yes chocolate. It makes the rub caramelize on the meat giving great texture and flavor. It really adds to something like chicken that is more mild but this one has the chance to be your new favorite. You will want to give this one a try.

Yes we really did it. We put coffee in our spice and it is fantastic! This is the real deal. It has incredible flavor and yes it has caffeine. We love this on pork and chicken or anything we are smoking. This is one you must try even if you are not a coffee fan it is an amazing rub.

This is our all-purpose spice. Put it on anything. We mix in our hamburgers, put on steaks and pork chops, great on french fries and vegetables and so much more. This truly is a seasoning for all most anything.

For years we have been making our own spices. We figured it was time to share our blends with the rest of the world. We are starting with 3 spices. Our All-purpose, Coffee, and Chocolate Nib. Soon to come will be our bacon curing spice. We plan to make our own lemon pepper seasoning and even a blueberry rub. All of our spices are natural with no additives our preservatives. They are very straightforward in the ingredients and are super easy to use. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
