Had fun weekend cooking another Outlaw Bbque event in Granbury this weekend. Was not same results as weekend before but was happy to get calls on our brisket and chicken. Ribs were good but just not the tenderness we needed this time . Congrats to Aj George on his Gc and Brittany Unkart on her RGC. Looking forward to next Cookoff .
