I’ve been working on some things since I’m off for the summer and wanted to keep everyone informed. None of this could be happening if it wasn’t for all the support we receive, so thank you SO MUCH!!
As a non-profit, we are eligible to apply for grants. I found one through the county and spent many hours navigating the grant application process. I officially submitted the application and will be on pins and needles waiting for a decision. Please send good vibes our way!!
I also set up an official website! I wanted our information to be accessible to everyone, including our mission, story and some info about our board members. I also embedded a calendar that will allow people to SCHEDULE VISITS!! It only allows you to choose a day/time 14 days out to allow me to block off time slots if I have something come up. So if you would like to set up a visit, check out our website and set one up!!
We are also continuing our custom made farm shirts! ALL profits from these goes right to the animals. There is a shop available through our website if you would like to order!! I can customize most of the options, so if you cannot get your order exactly like you want it, just reach out and tell me what you would like!! I also have access to other prints than our farm logos, so if you would like to talk about a different idea for a shirt, let me know!
Sorry for the long post, but I am so excited that our farm is moving in the right direction! We want to be able to offer a peaceful place for people to visit and learn about our animals.
