I'm so pleased to have the opportunity to provide delicious cheese, fresh curd and bread to a community whose tradition it was (since 1956!) to pick up their cheese at "the cheese stand" located at the corner of Ridge Rd. and Brick Schoolhouse Rd. Since 1983 Golden Age Cheese Company located in Woodhull NY has been serving 100% naturally mild to aged cheddars and are 100% local rBST free milk, and

they never manufacture their cheeses with animal rennet, they use strictly vegetable or microbial rennet. is a family-owned and operated bakery. They have only been around since November 2015 yet the family history in baking goes back much further. They use fresh, quality ingredients and traditional methods to produce exceptional artisanal breads.

Please remember to call the restaurant after 1 pm Thursday to Mondays for reservations in the diningroom or bar area for bar menu and back alley grill. We do not take them on fb and I dont take the book home on days off …we book up fast during season. We will always do our best to get you in and appreciate all the love and support for our final year of our Baystreet career.
