💕 A Little Tribute to Dolly Parton, piggy style

This special girl was given the name Dolly and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a more fitting namesake. ❤️

Our Dolly has already had a little taste of fame herself she was the front cover of the Westerly Sun last weekend while we were at the Washington County Fair!! But as special as that is, it’s her personality that makes her truly stand out.

Just like the real Dolly Parton, our Dolly has a heart of gold. She is sweet, gentle, kind, and loving to everyone she meets. She has a way of making people smile and has never met a stranger whether you have two legs or four! 🥰

Dolly Parton has always been known for her kindness, generosity, and love for people, and our little Dolly carries that same beautiful spirit. She may be a pig, but she has a personality larger than life and a heart to match. 💕🐷

We’re pretty sure the real Dolly would be proud to have this sweet girl as her namesake. 🎀

This year’s Washington County Fair was definitely bittersweet, being Chase’s final year showing swine there but what a way to go out! 🐷❤️
We are beyond proud of Chase Beattie and Brooklen and all they accomplished! Bringing home Reserve Champion Purebred Gilt with Dolly, Champion Market Hog with Wilbur, Champion Crossbred Gilt, Champion Overall Gilt in memory of Kenny Andrews ❤️, and Overall Champion Swine with Ramona! Chase also earned Reserve Champion Premier Showman and Romona was Premier Animal of the entire fair! 🏆
Brooklen also won 1st Swine Showmanship!
So many years of hard work, dedication, and memories led to this incredible finish. We couldn’t be more proud! ❤️

🦃Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at RR Show Pigs! 🐷
We’re grateful for our customers, friends, and everyone who tolerates our pig addiction.
Most of all, we’re thankful for the people who have supported us along the way and for the friendships that mean more with every passing year!

🐷That’s a Wrap on Our 2025 Show Season! 🐷

As show season comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the memories, lessons, and miles we’ve logged this year.
This journey isn’t always easy - early mornings, long days, and a whole lot of time in the barn, but it’s all worth it!! Watching the kids grow through hard work, responsibility, and love for their animals is what makes this lifestyle so special!
We’re beyond proud of the effort put in, the friendships made, and the experiences gained along the way. From first-time jitters to final drive smiles, and every handshake in the ring — it’s those small moments that leave the biggest impact!!
Thank you to everyone who helped us this season — from breeders and mentors to friends and fellow show families cheering us on!!
The trailer is parked (for now), and we’re already looking ahead to what’s next!
Here’s to a great 2025 season, and to the pigs (and people) who made it unforgettable!!🐷💙
