Last week we welcomed students from the North Stonington Christian Academy and these were some of the sights that were there favorites. ( We were happy they sent them to us) and we also loved that they all wore T-shirts saying Red, White, and Moo with a patriotic cow.

We are ready to welcome shop visitors this weekend ( with an extra Friday morning too)

Especially Wheeler Class of 2026 we have watched you grow since your kindergarten field trip, class visits, story hours, playing sports, band and chorus concerts, drama performances and so much more. Restock alert and meal idea all in one post 😀🐷. We have pork chops back in stock finally and how great they would be on the grill. Lots of seasonings to try as well. Full disclosure we are out of two pound packages of ground beef but still have beef patties left for burgers. And we are out of most steaks too. (It was a busy Saturday). Open today from 10 to 12. Can't go wrong with brisket, pork butt, sausage or shaved steak.

The sunshine is shining and we can't wait to see our people!! The store will be open Saturday and Sunday (10:00-12:00). The freezers are pretty well stocked. And we have some of your favorites like burger patties, hot Italian sausage and BACON!

This is a post we were trying to not have to make. We won't be open this weekend because we still are not restocked. Although it isn't the best news we know that you all will understand. For starters we have been busy: the corn is all planted, hay has been round baled (and there is more to come, we welcomed Griswold Elementary School for 2 days of field trips, oxen have been worked continuously for the upcoming Fair season, and we have been focused on the end of the legislative session with a very necessary dairy bill. The farm has been BUSY and so have we. We are active in our community and with Wheeler Sports. So while it's not best news to not be open there is a lot to be excited and appreciative of. We are going to fill all orders first and then as we can we will open the Farm Stand. Have a great weekend, despite the weather and remember the meaning behind the long weekend. ❤️🐮🐷🇺🇸
