Perspective Bryan grew up in New England with a love of the area and cooking creatively.

He graduated from Johnson & Wales in Virginia with a Golden Key Award for Upcoming Chef's. He aspires to educate and excite people, communities, businesses and schools about growing and using the food sources available to them, thru catering, farm tours, cooking classes and children's cooking camps. He lives on his own little farm ""A Little Bit Leary" with his wife, three children and various farm animals

Beautiful private dinner for 10. Appetizers, Mini Beef Wellington, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Shrimp Cocktail, Crustinis w/ Blue Fish Dip, Butternut Squash Soup, Salad, Ravioli with Lamb Ragu, Tender Beef and Vegetables and for dessert, Apple Turnovers w/ Homemade Buttermilk ice cream. Wonderful hosts having the dinner. Very nice event.
